OCPP layer of the CPMS · Zynetic CPMS

The software that runs your EV charging business.

The OCPP layer of the CPMS keeps every charger connected, controllable and watched, with six named jobs on duty around the clock. Zynetic CPMS prices the energy, collects the money and puts your brand on all of it. Proven on our own live networks in the UAE.

The complete ecosystem

One ecosystem: a CPMS for your business, a native app for your customers.

Everything else on this page (Host Portal, Fleet Portal, Maintenance, OCPP, OCPI) is built into the CPMS as a module.

The CPMS

One console runs the whole business.

Chargers, pricing, payments, people and proof. This is where your team lives.

  • Live map and status of every charger you onboard
  • Tariffs: flat, time-of-use, SoC and elapsed
  • Wallets, payments and itemised invoices, settled to you
  • Six named monitors watching the infrastructure around the clock
  • Host, Fleet, Maintenance and roaming as built-in modules
  • Exports and audit trails your accountant accepts

OCPP, inside the CPMS

OCPP is how we talk to your chargers, not a separate product.

The CPMS speaks OCPP 1.6, 2.0.1 and 2.1 natively over secure WebSockets. It is what we use, and how we use it, to run every charger you onboard.

  • OCPP 1.6, 2.0.1 and 2.1, spoken natively, per charger
  • Any compliant hardware onboards; per-vendor quirks absorbed
  • The connection layer is isolated by design. Chargers stay online even during console maintenance
  • Remote start, stop, reset and firmware from the console
  • Meter truth: what the charger measured is what gets billed
How we use OCPP

Ops intelligence, with names

Six monitors watch your chargers around the clock.

A charger that fails quietly is worse than one that fails loudly. Nobody calls to say a connector has been dead for nine days; they just stop coming. These monitors run inside the CPMS around the clock, decide what is worth waking someone for, and ticket the rest.

Watchtower
Probes silent and stale chargers on a schedule, so a dead connector is found by us, not by the customer standing in front of it.
Proactive health probes
Knightwatch
Pages your ops team the moment a site or charge point drops offline, with the connection history attached.
Offline and connectivity alerting
Session Monitor
Guards live sessions against runaway energy and unpaid risk, stepping in before a small anomaly becomes a big invoice argument.
Session lifecycle guards
Overstay Monitor
Enforces what happens after the charge ends: monetise the occupied connector or free it for the next customer.
Post-session occupancy
Charger Error Monitor
Grades every fault by severity, tickets the routine and acts on the serious, including a RemoteStop when it is configured to.
Severity-based fault handling
Flap Tracker
Keeps history on unstable connections so a flaky site gets diagnosed and fixed, not rebooted every Friday forever.

Outcomes, with names attached

What your business gets out of it.

Every claim on this page comes with the capability that delivers it. That is a house rule: outcomes explain why, product names explain what.

Pricing that explains itself

Same session, three line items, no argument.
A flat rate leaves money on the table at 02:00 and turns customers away at 18:00. Price by time window, battery level or session duration, and the invoice shows exactly how the number was built, tier by tier.

How it connects

Connects with your chargers, payments and partners.

We integrate to whatever your market actually uses, both directions, on open standards where standards exist.

Coming from another platform

We make your migration easy.

Our team runs the whole move with you. Any scale of business, and your customers never notice the switch.

Step 1
We map what you run today.
Chargers, tariffs, customers, wallet balances and open tickets. You get a written plan and a date before anything moves.
Step 2
We set everything up in parallel.
Your CPMS, tariffs, team access and branded apps are prepared while your current platform keeps running as normal.
Step 3
We switch, together.
Chargers repoint to Zynetic, and wallets, RFID cards and history come across. We verify real paid sessions with you before calling it done.
Step 4
We stay until it is boring.
Our team watches the first days live, tunes whatever needs tuning and trains your people. You are never migrating alone.
  • Works for any scale: ten chargers or a whole network
  • Your customers keep charging and paying throughout
  • Sessions, wallets, cards and history move too
  • Your current contract can run to its end date
