- Do you run a network yourselves?
- Software built from a spec behaves differently from software built from a 2am alert. Ours runs our own UAE network; ask everyone for their equivalent.
- Native apps, or a wrapper?
- Open the vendor's customer app on both stores and check. Ours are true native Android and iOS builds under your brand.
- Which OCPP versions, natively?
- We speak 1.6, 2.0.1 and 2.1 over secure WebSockets, per charger. Ask how mixed infrastructure and vendor quirks are handled.
- What happens when the console is down?
- Our connection layer is isolated by design. Chargers keep charging through console maintenance. Ask everyone this one twice.
- What does maintenance close on?
- Our reactive tickets close only when live OCPP status confirms every connector. Ask what "resolved" means on each platform.
- What is the migration path out?
- Fair question in both directions. Chargers here move by repointing an OCPP URL, and we help in either direction. A vendor confident in the product will not trap the hardware.
